ABOUT
MONIQUE PIETERSE
Owner & Physiotherapist

Monique graduated with a degree in BSc Physiotherapy from the University of the Free State in 2018. Following her community service year in Vereeniging, she ventured to Johannesburg in pursuit of opportunities to make a positive impact in the private practice setting. With several years of experience under her belt, Monique has become proficient in treating a wide range of neuromuscular and orthopaedic conditions. She also continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills through various postgraduate courses.

What sets Monique apart is her special focus on holistic healthcare. While she is qualified to address any sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions, she has a particular interest in running injuries, back pain & headaches as well as helping anyone who is new to exercise.

In addition to her conventional physiotherapy qualifications, Monique is a MAP Movement trainer. This allows her to have a comprehensive understanding of the body's interconnectedness through fascia, the body's specialized soft tissue network. By viewing the body holistically, she can pinpoint root causes and create treatment plans that address the full spectrum of her patients' needs. Her treatment methods include specific rehabilitation exercises fostering long-term health and recovery.
LAURA GODDARD
Physiotherapist

Laura is a passionate physiotherapist who believes deeply in the power of preventative healthcare and the philosophy that exercise is medicine. She takes a holistic approach to movement and recovery, combining clinical reasoning with a genuine interest in the person behind the injury.
Her interests include functional training, running, and Pilates, and she is currently working towards becoming a certified Pilates instructor in 2026. Laura enjoys helping people build strength, move better, and understand their bodies so they can feel more confident and pain-free in everyday life.
Driven by a love for human connection, Laura is excited to build meaningful relationships with her patients and empower them through movement, education, and hands-on care. Whether it’s improving performance, preventing injuries, managing pain or supporting long-term wellbeing, Laura strives to make physiotherapy a positive, empowering, and transformative experience for every person she works with.
